The Griffin Museum is pleased to host an artist reception at Jenks Center to celebrate the exhibition Landscapes of Wonder: National Parks.
Landscape of Wonder offers a view into the wilderness and the vast expanse of the American landscape. The exhibition celebrates the land through the eyes of thirty-six photographers, each offering a distinct perspective on our shared environment. Together, their works form a visual conversation about scale, permanence and change, solitude and connection. The photographs ask us not only to look, but to pause--to consider our relationship with the earth and our responsibility to preserve what cannot be recreated.
Exhibited artists: Alanna Styer, Alex Schupak, Andrew Huff, Brian Schiele, Bruce Magnuson, Cameron Karsten, Cheryl Clegg, Christine Breslin, Clara Julia Peru, Craig Barber, David Mussina, Donna Tramontozzi, Elliot Ross, Erica Sloan, Hannele Lahti, Katelyn Wollet, Kylie Harrigan, Lisa Gizara, Lisa Tang Liu, Lynne Buchanan, Mark Levinson, Mary Jane Keeler, Melissa Post, Natalie Brescia, Paul Adams, Paul Karns, Robert Gee, Scott Lowden, Sean Du, Sepand Rez, Stephen Schmidt, Tom Hill, Thibault Roland, Toussaint Rosefort, Vicky Stromee, and Vin Sharma.
