Adult Learner Piano Workshop with Linda Jiorle-Nagy
In this 90-minute workshop, renowned pianist and educator Linda Jiorle-Nagy will work with WCMS adult learners to help them expand their performance skills and musical artistry. This is a great opportunity to refine your repertoire for upcoming performance or just deepen your own musical artistry.
Performers must be enrolled in private piano lessons at WCMS, but all are invited to observe and learn. Please speak with your teacher to be considered for one of the limited performer spots.

In this workshop, we will go beyond the basics of the Adobe Lightroom Classic workflow. We will begin with a brief review of the Library and Develop Modules, along with key settings that impact performance and organization. From there, we will dive into problem-solving common challenges such as replacing or adding hard drives, moving files without losing links, and maximizing the use of Collections. We will also explore new tools for sorting and organizing, creating export presets, and more within the Library Module.

This invitational six-session Master Class is designed for photographers who have a deeply considered potential series or significant projects underway are encouraged to apply so that they can bring the work to fruition with focused intention. Research, writing, editing, sequencing, artist presentations and ideas for installation will all be discussed and class participation will be required.

This Pan-Celtic odyssey is nothing less than an enchanting evening of music, storytelling, and tradition that is appropriate for all and designed to celebrate the more contemplative side of St. Patrick’s Day with a few toe-tappers thrown in for good measure.
Áine will be playing selections from her many albums as well as Celtic favorites “King of the Faeries” and “The Butterfly” to joyously usher in the Spring.
