Civic Leadership Award Presentation

The Winchester League of Women Voters is pleased to announce that M. Joyce Westner will receive the League’s 2025 Civic Leadership Award. Light refreshments will be provided

For many years Joyce has provided tremendous service and leadership to Winchester. She has been instrumental in a wide range of civic projects, including working to save Wright-Locke Farm, multiple Cultural District projects, and launching the community's online Winchester News. Joyce also served on multiple Town Committees and as a Town Meeting member for many years, well deserving of the League’s Civic Leadership
