Teen Take and Make: Bracelet Kits

This program is for students in grades 6-12. No adults, please.Because of the library construction, instead of a traditional program we're doing this one as a take-and-make kit. Sign up here, then pick up your supplies between May 11 and May 15 and complete the project on your own time.

Teen Take and Make: Star Wall Hangings

This program is for students in grades 6-12. No adults, please. Because of the library construction, instead of a traditional program we're doing this one as a take-and-make kit. Sign up here, then pick up your supplies between May 18 and May 22. Your kit will have the supplies and instructions necessary to make a star wall hanging out of air dry clay and twine - you just supply the stick for the top.

This event is for students in grades 6-12. No adults, please. The miracle berry is a fruit that changes how your tongue perceives flavors. Everybody will try an mberry candy and sample a variety of sweet and sour food to see how the flavor changes. We think you will be very surprised!This program is supported by the Friends of the Winchester Public Library.

The Network Turns 35! Help Us Celebrate!

The Network turns 35 this spring!

We are excited to mark this milestone with a community celebration.

Please join us on Saturday, April 11, from 7:00 - 9:30 PM at the Sons of Italy. Connect with your local friends and neighbors as we share laughs with a special guest, comedian Jimmy Tingle.

Town Election Candidate Forum League of Women Voters

  • 7:00-7:30 PM: Housing Authority debate (1 seat): James Harris and Thomas Mourier
  • 7:30-8:30 PM: School Committee debate (2 seats): Thomas Hopcroft (incumbent), Jeffrey Duncan, My Linh Truong, Carey Sue Barney, and Timothy Matthews

The debates will be moderated by an LWV moderator from a League chapter outside of Winchester.
