Tribute Concert for Peter Franchi, artist/painter
In memory of Peter Franchi, a longtime Winchester resident who recently passed away, the Boston Boston Saxophone Quartet presents a performance combining art with music. Projections of Peter Franchi’s paintings will be shown with commentary about the works, while the quartet plays music inspired by each of the paintings. The program will be followed by a short reception. This performance is free and open to the public.
The event is supported by the Winchester Seniors Association, the Music Performance Trust Fund, and the Winchester Cultural Council.
